DiyaZee – Online Only (Pakistan)

We want you to love your DiyaZee purchase. If not, return or exchange under these simple rules. Every case covered.

1. Time Limit

  • 14 days from delivery for size/color exchange or return.
  • 30 days if item is defective or wrong.

Clock starts when you receive the parcel.

2. Unboxing Video Required

  • Record from sealed parcel → open → show all items & tags.
  • One continuous video, no edits.
  • Must upload with your request.
  • No video = No return or exchange (except hygiene items).

3. Item Must Be

  • Unused, unwashed, no marks or smells
  • Original tags & packaging intact
  • In the same DiyaZee poly-bag

  3. We reply with return address
  4. Send via any courier (you pay)
  5. Share tracking → We confirm receipt → Process request

8. Shipping & Risk

  • You pay and arrange return courier.
  • Parcel lost in transit? Your risk after handover.
  • Use tracked service.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this. Latest always on diyazee.com. Using site = you agree.
